Challenge
The government needed a consistent, professional way to communicate sector progress across ministries and agencies.
The aim was to turn routine sector reporting into persuasive, accessible storytelling that builds public understanding and trust.

What Gills Network Delivered
- Designed and produced a repeatable short-video series format for heads of ministries and agencies (interview template + B-roll recipe + edit cadence).
- Wrote interview scripts and guided narrative framing to ensure clarity, focus, and alignment to the MORE agenda.
- Produced production assets: branded graphics package, lower-thirds, intro/outro stings, and a reusable music bed.
- Built an editorial workflow and approval pipeline that balanced speed with accuracy (shoot → rough cut → stakeholder review → publish).
- Shot, edited and delivered episodes with on-brand storytelling and sound design; delivered social cuts optimized for reels and short-form platforms.
- Trained in-house media officers on the template and provided a content library (B-roll & multi-use assets) for future episodes.
- Created a distribution plan ensuring the content reached state channels, partner media, and creator networks for amplification.
The Result / Impact
MORE for Delta became a reliable communications engine for the state, delivering clear, consistent, and audience-friendly sector updates that elevated public understanding of government initiatives.
The series professionalized how ministries tell their stories, created reusable media assets for future campaigns, and reinforced the Governor’s narrative in a way that is repeatable and scalable across departments. The work strengthened institutional media capacity and positioned government messaging as more strategic, transparent, and media-ready.
